Hello from Manhattan Beach, CA I'm so excited to be working with Beachbody and UFT..I am a happily married mother of two fantastic young adult children. Once the kids were done with college and up and out on their own, it was time to refocus on me! I started with my first challenge pack of Shakeology/P90X and was hooked....now also love P90X2, P90X3, T25, PiYo, and 3-Day Refresh, and can't wait to share these great products and this company with everyone I can. My entire business is designed around "ItsM-O-M.com", and the MOM stands for Mind-Over-Matter (website coming soon!)...I truly believe we can all achieve what we set out to do in our lives, whether it be fitness, financial, family, friends, etc. We sometimes just need guidance, encouragement, information, and a group of like-minded positive people to keep us on track -- and to use our mind over matter attitude when challenges come to us, as they do for everyone. Let's do this!

Meal Planning - save money and eat healthy!

Meal planning is one of the greatest way to stay on budget and eat healthy.  Takes a little practice, but I wanted to SHARE this article showing how simple it actually can be -- we just need to start the habit.
